Plans and billing

Choose a plan, change billing cadence, and manage payment details.

Choose a plan and billing cycle

Open Organization → Billing to compare the plans available to the active organization.

Select Choose a plan or Change plan.
Choose monthly or annual billing.
Review the price and select the plan.
Complete Stripe checkout when Acked opens it.

New paid subscriptions default to annual billing. Annual billing costs ten months of the monthly price. See current plan prices and limits.

Change a plan

Acked shows the current plan, new plan, billing cycle, and estimated charge or credit before a change.

Open Organization → Billing.
Select Change plan.
Choose the plan and billing cycle.
Review Stripe’s prorated charge or credit.
Select Confirm plan change.

The change takes effect after Stripe confirms payment when payment is required.

Manage payment details and invoices

Select Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal. Use the portal to manage payment methods, download invoices, or cancel the subscription.

Plan selection remains in Acked so the product can show limits and proration before it applies a change.

Recover from a failed payment

A payment failure does not stop alert delivery immediately. The Billing page shows Past due and the date of the first failure.

Select Update payment method.
Replace or correct the card in Stripe.
Return to Acked and confirm the updated payment status.

Enable voice paging

Voice paging is a separate organization feature. Product logic prevents calls until an admin enables it.

Open Organization → Voice paging.
Review the named telephony provider and data-sharing notice.
Select Turn on voice paging.
Ask each user to verify a phone number under Account settings.

Admins can review current-month call charges under Organization → Voice usage. Carrier pricing can arrive a few minutes after a call.

Billing access

Only organization admins can choose a plan, change a subscription, open the billing portal, enable voice, or view organization voice usage.
