Audit and timelines

Review alert history, delivery attempts, and organization activity.

Choose the correct history

Each alert has a timeline for incident-specific events. The Audit page contains organization activity across alerts, schedules, services, sources, destinations, accounts, and delivery.

Both views show the newest event first.

Use an alert timeline

  1. Open an alert.
  2. Read the timeline from the top.
  3. Expand a delivery group when you need provider details.
  4. Open Event details when support asks for an identifier.

The timeline records alert receipt, routing, notification, escalation, acknowledgement, resolution, and repeat signals.

Interpret delivery attempts

ResultMeaningNext check
SentThe provider accepted the request.Check phone permission, sound, Focus, Modes, and battery settings.
FailedThe provider or transport rejected the request.Read the recorded error and refresh the device registration.
No attemptAcked did not select a delivery target.Check the service and schedule at the alert creation time.

Provider acceptance does not prove display or sound on the device.

Review organization activity

Open Audit to review changes outside one alert. Use the category filter to focus on alerts, account access, integrations and webhooks, schedules and services, or deliveries.

All activity keeps routine system plumbing out of the main view. Select a specific category when you need those events.

Export history

Select Export CSV on an alert or the Audit page. An audit export includes the raw organization history, independent of the current display filter.

Choose a narrower date range when an export reaches its row limit.

Collect details for support

Include the organization name and alert ID when you contact support@acked.dev. Add the delivery attempt ID when one attempt failed.

The audit ledger stores identifiers instead of email addresses or phone numbers.
