Delete your account

Two ways to delete your Acked account. Acked is operated by Glasstack, LLC.

In the app

Settings → Delete account. Works in the Android app, the iOS app, and the web app at app.acked.dev. Takes effect immediately.

By email

Email support@acked.dev from the address on the account and we will delete it for you — no app needed. Allow up to 30 days; in practice it is much faster.

What happens

Your account is closed, you can no longer sign in, your name and email stop being shown in the product, and your devices stop receiving notifications. Acked keeps an append-only incident audit trail that references an opaque user id and survives deletion, so that incident history cannot be quietly rewritten.
